Roles and Responsibilities :

Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, online lead generation, and referrals to drive revenue growth.
Qualify leads by assessing their needs and providing customized solutions to increase conversion rates.
Collaborate with internal teams such as customer support and operations to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Analyze sales data to optimize sales strategies and improve overall performance.

Job Requirements :

1-5 years of experience in inside sales or presales role in the BPO/Call Centre industry.
Strong skills in lead generation, lead qualification, and online lead generation using various tools (e.g., CRM software).
Excellent communication skills for effective cold calling and negotiation techniques.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
