Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Presales Executive located in Pune. The Presales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, conducting market research, preparing and presenting RFPs, and delivering excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, providing property information, and assisting the sales team in converting leads into successful sales.

• Skills in Lead Generation and Sales
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in preparing and presenting RFPs
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
