Company name - AccioJob Job location - Gurugram, Haryana, India (On-site) CTC - Upto 4 LPA fixed Working days - 6 (Monday to Saturday) Timing - 10am (9 hours) About the Role AccioJob is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Pre-Sales Executive to support our sales team by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to understand customer needs and present suitable solutions. Key Responsibilities:- Lead Qualification & Engagement Reach out to potential customers via calls, emails, and other channels. Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and requirements. Educate prospects about our programs and offerings. Product Presentation & Consultation Conduct initial discussions and provide detailed information on our courses. Address customer queries and concerns effectively. Schedule and coordinate meetings or demos with the sales team. CRM Management & Reporting Maintain and update lead details in the CRM system. Track and analyze lead conversion rates and suggest improvements. Prepare reports and share insights with the sales and marketing teams. Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover. Provide feedback to marketing on customer pain points and FAQs. Participate in promotional campaigns and outreach activities. Ideal Candidate Education : Graduate in any discipline. Experience : 0-2 years in pre-sales, inside sales, or tele-counseling (freshers with strong communication skills can apply). Skills Required : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Basic knowledge of MS Office. Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset. Personality Traits : Energetic, proactive, and customer-centric.
