Job Description (JD) – Site Visit Coordinator role: Job Title: Tele caller – Site Visit Coordinator Location: [Insert Location] Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Working Days: Weekdays (One weekly off - Rotational) Timings: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The primary responsibility is to make outbound calls to potential clients, explain project details, and schedule site visits for our real estate projects. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to leads provided through various platforms (portals, referrals, campaigns, etc.). Share project details clearly and confidently with potential customers. Understand the client’s requirement and suggest suitable site visit slots. Schedule and confirm site visits with clients. Follow up with clients for feedback post-visit. Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and visit outcomes. Coordinate with the sales and site team for smooth visit execution. Requirements:0–3 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in real estate or customer service. Good communication skills in English and local languages (Kannada/Hindi/Tamil/Telugu). Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel/CRM tools is a plus. Female candidates preferred.
