Job Description

As a Pre-Sales Consultant specializing in AI/ML Services, your role will involve acting as a liaison between the sales and delivery teams. Your primary responsibility will be to comprehend client needs, create AI/ML-driven solutions, and present them persuasively to potential customers. You will collaborate closely with the sales teams to customize AI/ML solutions according to client requirements. Your tasks will include conducting in-depth discovery sessions to identify business challenges that can be addressed using AI/ML technologies. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering engaging product/service presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept interactions. In this role, you will also be expected to handle requests for proposal (RFPs), requests for information (RFIs), and technical inquiries from clients by providing personalized solution documentation. Collaboration with technical teams to develop high-level architecture, use case frameworks, and success metrics will also be a crucial aspect of your job. It is essential to keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and competitive landscape in the AI/ML domain. Building and nurturing relationships with key technical stakeholders on the client side will be imperative for success in this position. You will actively participate in strategy meetings to enhance offerings and refine go-to-market strategies. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 4 years of experience in a Pre-Sales, Solutions Consulting, or Technical Sales role within the AI/ML or advanced analytics sector is required. A solid grasp of AI/ML principles, data pipelines, model development, and deployment lifecycle is essential. Proficiency in translating business challenges into technical solutions using ML algorithms, NLP, Computer Vision, among others, is crucial. Strong communication and presentation skills are necessary for engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, and modern ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn is advantageous. Prior experience working with enterprise clients in industries such as BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, or Manufacturing is a plus. Preferred qualifications include certifications in AI/ML or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning, Azure AI Engineer) and familiarity with pre-sales tools like CRM systems, proposal builders, and demo environments.
