Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Presale Executive at Propnivesh Private Ltd, located in Pune. The Presale Executive will be responsible for generating leads, conducting initial client contact and communication, presenting property options, and preparing Requests for Proposals (RFPs). The role involves understanding customer needs, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting clients through the property buying process.

Qualifications

• Experience in Lead Generation and Sales
• Excellent Communication skills
• Proficiency in preparing and managing RFPs
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in real estate is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
