Game Enthusiast who has 1 year of experience ; comfortable with video games and gaming culture - familiar with popular game genres, including first or third person shooters, RPGs (role playing games), TBG (turn based games) puzzle, fighting, action/adventure, racing, sports, etc.
Knowledge on Gaming consoles (PlayStation, XBOX, Wii )and PC Gaming
Good knowledge on Core Clock, GDDR5, CUDA cores, GPU, Multi GPU connection, VRAM, Boost clock, Thermal throttling, BENCHMARK, etc..
Knowledge of game engine and game development is preferred
Comfortable in multi-channel technical support ; responding to social media, chat, and phone support within established response times and quality control expectations
Assist gamers with a variety of issues including basic to advanced technical computer troubleshooting (validating system requirements .to BIOS, Sound, Open GL and DirectX updates)
Engage gamers in a high quality, fun and empathetic 1:1 discussion
Provide feedback on tools, resources, procedures and guidelines to enhance workflow and the customer experience
Ability to work in a 24/7 environment including schedule flexibility
Proactively assist customers to avoid or reduce problem occurrence
