Precast - Structural BIM - Modeler / Senior / Lead

Role:-Precast BIM Modeler/Sr. BIM Modeler

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage comprehensive BIM models for precast and structural elements using Autodesk Revit.
• Lead and coordinate with BIM Leads, Structural Engineers, Architects, and MEP teams to ensure full design integration.
• Review and validate Revit models and shop drawings prepared by junior modellers and detailers.
• Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP), company standards, and QA/QC requirements.
• Manage model revisions, updates, and version control throughout all project stages.
• Generate shop drawings, layouts, and schedules directly from the BIM model.
• Perform clash detection and coordination reviews using Revit and Navisworks.
• Provide technical support and training to junior BIM team members.
• Collaborate with the production, design, and site teams to address constructability and coordination issues.
• Support the implementation of BIM automation tools and model optimization workflows and Impact Precast for shop drawing automation.

Role:- Precast BIM Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the BIM design and detailing team for precast projects from concept to production stage.
• Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and ensure compliance with project BIM standards.
• Coordinate with structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines to ensure model integration and clash-free design.
• Supervise preparation of precast shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and lifting/erection drawings.
• Ensure model accuracy, LOD (Level of Development) requirements, and quality deliverables as per project specifications.
• Manage model-based coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to BIM modelers and coordinators.
• Collaborate with the design, production, and site teams to ensure smooth transition from design to execution.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and innovation.
