We are hiring for Precast Modeler (Revit/ Tekla)

Role Summary-

Precast Modeler

Key Responsibilities-

• Develop detailed and coordinated

  3D models

   of precast concrete elements using

  Tekla / Revit Structure.

• Generate

  General Arrangement (GA) drawings

  ,

  Erection drawings

  ,

  Shop tickets

  ,

  Production drawings

  , and

  Bills of Materials (BOM)

   in accordance with international standards.
• Review drawings for accuracy, identify conflicts or inconsistencies, and prepare

  Requests for Information (RFIs)

  .
• Conduct

  clash detection

   and resolve design conflicts to ensure constructability and coordination.
• Stay updated on the latest

  BIM tools

  ,

  precast design trends

  , and industry best practices.

Qualifications-

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Civil Engineering

  ,

  Architecture

  , or a related discipline.
• Minimum

  2 years of experience

   in

  structural/precast concrete modelling

  , preferably for

  USA/UK/Europe

   projects.
• Proficiency in Tekla Structures / Revit structure software
• Knowledge of

  USA/ UK/ European building codes and standards

  .
• Strong understanding of

  precast design and construction workflows

  .
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
