Role:- Junior BIM Detailer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior BIM Detailer to support our precast design team. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in BIM or structural detailing. The candidate will assist in preparing accurate precast shop drawings and learn to model precast elements using BIM tools under the guidance of Senior BIM Modelers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and updating BIM models for precast elements (walls, slabs, beams, columns).
• Prepare basic precast shop drawings in line with project specifications.
• Support senior engineers in checking and coordinating drawings with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams.
• Help maintain documentation and version control of drawings and BIM models.
• Learn industry standards, precast detailing, and best practices in BIM modeling.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Revit, or AutoCAD.
• Understanding of precast concrete elements and structural concepts.
• Good attention to detail, accuracy, and willingness to learn.
• Basic communication and team collaboration skills.

Role:- BIM Detailer

Job Summary:

The BIM Detailer will be responsible for developing detailed Revit models and production drawings for precast concrete elements. The role involves translating design inputs into accurate and coordinated precast shop drawings suitable for fabrication and production

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare 3D Revit models and detailed precast shop drawings for elements such as walls, columns, beams, slabs, stairs, and faade panels.
• Coordinate closely with BIM lead and Structural engineers.
• Update drawings based on design revisions or client comments.
• Ensure compliance with company BIM standards and quality procedures.
• Support the BIM Lead or Senior Engineer in project documentation and model management.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit Structure (mandatory).
• Good understanding of precast construction methods and detailing requirements.
• Ability to interpret structural and architectural drawings accurately.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD
• Attention to detail, organized work approach, and commitment to quality.
• Capable of working independently under supervision of senior BIM detailer.
