Job Description

As a Technical Pre Sales professional at CoRovers, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with the sales team in identifying customer requirements and aligning them with our AI solutions. You will be designing custom AI solutions tailored to meet the specific business needs and goals of our clients. This will involve preparing detailed proposals, presentations, and technical documentation to effectively communicate the value proposition of CoRovers offerings. In terms of client engagement, you will conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions to showcase the benefits of our AI solutions. Addressing technical queries and concerns raised by clients will be crucial in providing a seamless pre-sales experience. Building strong relationships with clients to establish trust in CoRovers capabilities will also be a key aspect of your role. Collaboration with product and engineering teams is essential to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with customer requirements. Your feedback from clients will be instrumental in refining and enhancing CoRovers product offerings to better meet market demands. Staying updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the AI and conversational AI domains will be necessary. Presenting insights to internal teams to align strategies with market demands will help in driving innovation and competitiveness. Furthermore, you will be responsible for training the sales team on the technical aspects of CoRovers products and solutions. Developing and maintaining a repository of technical content, such as FAQs, white papers, and case studies, will be crucial for effective knowledge sharing within the organization. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in pre-sales, technical consulting, or solution engineering, preferably in the AI or SaaS domain. A strong knowledge of AI, NLP, ML, and related technologies is essential. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively. Proficiency in preparing proposals, technical documentation, and demonstrations is key to success. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to address client needs will be beneficial. Experience with tools and platforms for AI and conversational solutions, such as TensorFlow, Dialogflow, and GPT models, will be advantageous. This full-time position is based in Delhi, offering you a dynamic and challenging environment to showcase your technical pre-sales expertise.,
