Key Responsibilities:
1.Make outbound calls to potential buyers/sellers from the provided database.
2.Inform clients about available properties, pricing, and features.
3.Schedule site visits and follow up on leads and appointments.
4.Maintain a detailed record of calls and customer information in the CRM.
5.Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
6.Achieve weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
7.Respond to queries and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
8.Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign execution.
