Key Responsibilities:

1. Pre-Sales Responsibilities:

Product Demonstrations & Presentations

  • Deliver compelling and customized product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits of Insta HMS.
  • Explain the technical features and business value of Insta HMS in a clear and effective manner.
  • Address client queries and objections during demos, ensuring alignment with their business goals.

Client Requirement Analysis & Solutioning

  • Engage with clients to understand their business challenges, workflow requirements, and operational goals.
  • Map customer requirements to Insta HMS features and propose tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with the product and implementation teams to customize product offerings based on client needs.

Proposal Development

  • Create detailed proposals and solution documents, including technical specifications, pricing models, and implementation timelines.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure proposals align with customer expectations and product capabilities.
  • Assist in the preparation of RFP (Request for Proposal) and RFQ (Request for Quotation) responses.

Sales Strategy Support

  • Support the sales team in building a strong sales pipeline by identifying key client opportunities.
  • Provide strategic insights and competitive analysis to strengthen the sales approach.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer trends, competitor activities, and industry demands.

2. Partner Training Responsibilities:

Partner Onboarding & Training

  • Develop and implement a structured partner training program to onboard and enable partners to effectively promote and sell Insta HMS.
  • Conduct hands-on training sessions for partners on product features, benefits, and sales strategies.
  • Ensure partners are equipped to handle client objections and provide product demonstrations confidently.

Training Materials & Documentation

  • Create comprehensive training materials, including product guides, FAQs, and demo scripts.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base to support partners with product-related information and updates.
  • Keep training materials updated based on product upgrades and market feedback.

Performance Monitoring & Feedback

  • Monitor partner performance and identify gaps in product knowledge or sales execution.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to improve partner performance and alignment with sales targets.
  • Collect feedback from partners to improve training programs and product positioning.

Partner Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure long-term engagement and business alignment.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners on product-related queries and sales support.
  • Facilitate regular partner meetings and feedback sessions to align on strategy and goals.

3. Stakeholder Coordination

  • Act as the primary liaison between the sales, product, implementation, and partner management teams.
  • Ensure smooth communication and handover from pre-sales to post-sales/implementation teams.
  • Align partner strategies with overall sales and product objectives.

4. Product Knowledge & Market Intelligence

  • Maintain a deep understanding of Insta HMS's product architecture, features, and competitive advantages.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, healthcare regulations, and competitor offerings.
  • Provide feedback to the product team for continuous product improvement based on client and partner insights.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3-6 years of experience in

    pre-sales, solution consulting, or partner management

    in healthcare IT or enterprise software.
  • Strong understanding of

    hospital workflows

    and healthcare IT systems (EMR, HMS, HIS).
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in preparing technical proposals and responding to RFPs.
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value for clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex client requirements.
  • Experience in training and enabling partners or sales teams.
  • Familiarity with SaaS-based solutions and cloud technologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in

    Business, Healthcare Management, IT, or related fields

    .
  • Experience with healthcare software solutions (EMR, HIS, HMS) is highly preferred.
  • Experience in partner management, sales enablement, or business development.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise sales cycles and SaaS business models.
  • Multilingual capabilities (preferred): English, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Arabic.
