Pre-Sales Executive (Female Preferred)

Role Overview:

The Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, nurturing leads, maintaining client relationships, and coordinating between marketing and sales teams to ensure a seamless lead conversion process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound inquiries generated through digital campaigns, calls, and walk-ins.
• Contact and qualify potential customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Provide detailed information about ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups.
• Maintain and update customer data in CRM or Excel sheets.
• Ensure prompt and professional communication with clients at all times.
• Follow up with leads regularly to convert interest into bookings.
• Assist in organizing project events, customer meetings, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for lead flow and feedback on campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred).
• 1–4 years of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, or customer service (real estate preferred).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (English & Hindi).
• Confident personality with a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and social media communication.
• Pleasant voice and professional grooming preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
