We are looking for a motivated Pre-Sales Consultant to support our sales function and engage with potential customers. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact, driving lead conversions while maintaining a strong customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities
* Call potential leads and pitch home-related products/services.
* Generate lead consent and follow up on pending requirements.
* Handle customer queries with quality responses via call, WhatsApp & email.
* Maintain accurate CRM records and track interactions.

Skills Required
- Excellent communication (English, Hindi & local language).
- Strong telephone etiquette & persuasive skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and suggest solutions.
- Basic CRM & Excel knowledge.
- Pre-sales/tele sales experience is a plus.
