Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective buyers for residential and commercial properties.
  • Generate and qualify leads through tele-calling and digital marketing inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information about ongoing and upcoming real estate projects, pricing, amenities, and location advantages.
  • Educate customers on the project portfolio and schedule site visits and home visits.
  • Ensure consistent follow-ups with leads to improve conversion ratios.
  • Coordinate closely with the sales team to track site visits and closures.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate call records, CRM updates, and lead databases.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and customer service benchmarks.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly walk-in, site visit, and lead conversion targets.
  • Build strong internal team relationships to ensure seamless customer handling.
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor projects in Bangalore.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
