Pre-Sales Associate

As a Pre-Sales Associate at our Digital Marketing Platform in Chennai, your role will involve being the first point of contact for potential customers. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Calling and connecting with leads to schedule meetings for the sales team. - Coordinating and following up on product demonstrations. - Handling inbound and outbound calls to assess prospects. - Articulating the Company's value proposition effectively based on each customer's requirements. - Initiating cold calls to generate new opportunities. - Assisting in drafting simple proposals and maintaining the CRM system. - Collaborating closely with the sales and marketing departments. Qualifications required for this role are: - Female candidates preferred. - Freshers or individuals with up to 2 years of experience in inside sales, tele-calling, cold calling, or similar roles. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic about learning. - Mandatory possession of a personal laptop. - Proficiency in two or more languages would be advantageous.
