Pre-Primary Teachers

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct

  interactive lessons

  that encourage creativity, exploration, and hands-on learning.
• Create a

  safe and welcoming classroom environment

  that supports emotional, social, and intellectual growth.
• Use

  play-based learning techniques

  to teach foundational skills (language, numbers, motor skills, and social behaviour).
• Observe and assess children’s development; share progress with parents through meetings and regular updates.
• Support children in developing

  confidence, kindness, and independence

  while maintaining classroom discipline positively.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create

  engaging events and activities

• Ensure the classroom is

  well-organised, clean, and stimulating

  for young learners.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Early Childhood Education

  ,

  Education

  , or related field (preferred).

• Minimum 2 years of experience

  teaching pre-primary or kindergarten children.

• Strong communication skills

  (English fluency preferred).
• Creative, patient, and enthusiastic about working with young children.
• Ability to handle children with love, care, and

  positive reinforcement

• Certification in

  early childhood teaching

  (Montessori/Kindergarten training) is an added advantage.
