Dear Candidate, We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pre-Primary Teacher to foster the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of young learners. The ideal candidate should have a nurturing attitude, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of early childhood education methodologies. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the curriculum and learning objectives. Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment. Facilitate age-appropriate learning experiences through play-based and activity-based teaching methods. Encourage curiosity, creativity, and independent thinking in children. Monitor and assess the progress of each child and maintain accurate records. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times. Organize and participate in school events, activities, and parent meetings. Maintain a clean and organized classroom. Stay updated with the latest developments in early childhood education. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelors Degree and Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Montessori Training, or a relevant field. Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in teaching pre-primary students . Strong understanding of child development principles and early learning methodologies. Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, critical thinking, problem-solving, creativity, and resilience. Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children. Ability to work collaboratively with a team. Social & Emotional Intelligence. Basic computer proficiency for lesson planning and documentation.
