Job Title: Teacher & Head Teacher Location: Bangalore, Karnataka (Multiple Locations) We’re Hiring! Looking for passionate and dedicated Teachers & Head Teachers who can create a fun, safe, and enriching learning environment for children while nurturing their cognitive, physical, personal, social, and emotional growth. Key Responsibilities: 🧠 Classroom & Curriculum Management • Maintain accurate records for each child • Plan and conduct creative, age-appropriate activities • Implement lesson plans and assess child progress • Create engaging classroom displays and learning resources 🎉 Event Planning & Communication • Organize events, trips, and celebrations • Ensure timely and relevant communication with parents 🛡️ Safety & Team Leadership • Ensure children's safety, health, and hygiene • Supervise and guide assistant teachers and support staff • Communicate with the Centre Head on any concerns 👪 Parent Interaction • Share children's progress during Parent-Teacher Meetings or as needed 🌟 Individual Responsibilities • Be a role model with punctuality, respect, and initiative • Manage stress and time effectively • Support team members and lead by example Eligibility Criteria: • Gender: Female candidates only • Age: Up to 40 years • Enthusiastic, team-oriented, and good communication skills • Displays ownership and a positive attitude Interested?
