Qualification: Candidates must have studied under the ICSE or CBSE board Key Responsibilities:Lesson Planning & Delivery: Develop and execute engaging lesson plans tailored for young learners, ensuring an interactive and fun learning experience. Early Childhood Development: Foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth through structured play, storytelling, music, and hands-on activities. Classroom Management: Create a safe, positive, and stimulating environment for children, encouraging participation and curiosity. Assessment & Reporting: Monitor student progress and development, maintaining records and providing feedback to parents. Parent Engagement: Conduct parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress and provide suggestions for learning at home. Creative & Interactive Teaching: Use innovative teaching methods such as Jolly Phonics, Montessori techniques, or activity-based learning. Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to develop and enhance curriculum strategies and share best practices.. Strong command of the English language (spoken and written).
