Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Plan and implement engaging lesson plans for pre-primary students, ensuring a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
Develop strong relationships with parents through regular communication, progress updates, and parent-teacher conferences.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and development milestones.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and resources that align with school standards.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized classroom setting.

Desired Candidate Profile

Basic computer knowledge for administrative tasks such as record-keeping.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; flexible schedule required (morning shift preferred).
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and colleagues.
Strong understanding of child development theories and practices (e.g., Montessori method).
0-1 year of experience in teaching or related field (preferably in early childhood education).
