Job Title: Pre-Primary Teacher (Female)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Qualification: NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) / Montessori Teacher Training

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and nurturing Female Pre-Primary Teacher for our early childhood education program in Nanded, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of child development, and the ability to create a joyful and engaging classroom environment for children aged 2–5 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct classes for nursery, junior KG, and senior KG students.
• Develop and implement interactive lesson plans focused on early literacy, numeracy, and life skills.
• Use play-based and activity-based learning methods such as storytelling, rhymes, music, art, and crafts.
• Observe and assess children’s development, documenting their progress regularly.
• Create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Maintain discipline using positive behavior reinforcement strategies.
• Build a strong rapport with children and maintain effective communication with parents.
• Participate in school functions, events, workshops, and training sessions.
• Collaborate with other staff for curriculum planning and classroom activities.

Candidate Requirements:

• Completed NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) or Montessori Teacher Training course.
• 2 – 5 years of experience in pre-primary teaching in a reputed preschool or school.
• Strong command of English (spoken and written); knowledge of Marathi/Hindi is a plus.
• Enthusiastic, patient, and passionate about working with young children.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
