Job Description

Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end execution of PEB projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and site supervision. Review and interpret PEB design drawings and erection plans for technical accuracy. Coordinate between design, procurement, fabrication, logistics, and site erection teams. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance. Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables; proactively identify and resolve delays or issues. Handle client communications, progress reporting, and on-site troubleshooting. Manage subcontractors and vendors to meet delivery and erection schedules. Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety norms, and contractual obligations. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Structural / Mechanical Engineering. 57 years of hands-on experience in PEB project execution or design. Proficient in reading and reviewing structural/architectural drawings. Good working knowledge of fabrication and erection processes. Familiarity with codes and standards (IS, AISC, MBMA, etc.).
