Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Promoter located in Chandrapur. The Promoter will be responsible for engaging with customers to promote Airtel products and services, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. The role involves interacting with potential and existing customers, explaining product features, and answering questions. The Promoter will also participate in training sessions to stay updated on the latest offerings and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Sales skills with the ability to meet targets
• Experience in Training and Marketing
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
• Basic knowledge of telecommunications and related products is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
