Job Description

Role Overview: As a Technical Project Manager at gTech Ads, you will play a crucial role in providing support and technical services to a wide range of customers using Google's Ad products. Your responsibilities will include driving the activation of online sales, offline sales, and lead generation marketing objectives. You will work closely with the gTech customer support team to enable customer support activities, develop verticalized narratives, create and maintain servicing plans for advertisers, and develop a gTech Ads services strategy in partnership with leadership and gCare strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Drive activation of Online Sales, Offline Sales, and Lead Generation Marketing Objectives. - Partner with gTech customer support team mainly Googlers and vendors to enable customer support activities like training, standard operating procedures creation, hotspot analysis. - Develop verticalized narratives - Work with cross-functional stakeholders across google to customize strategy and messaging for key Travel, Local verticals. - Create and maintain servicing plans for Travel, Local advertisers considering all key stakeholders and partner workforce. - Work on continuous improvement of services strategy to adopt any changes in the products and metrics. - Develop a gTech Ads services strategy in partnership with leadership and gCare strategy, operations (gSO) team to assist in achieving regional goals including Business Forecasting Metrics (BFMs). - Help in prioritization and designing the right goals and metrics analyzing the existing headroom. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role. - Experience in managing multi-stakeholder engagements. - Experience in business development or consulting and ability to identify and prioritize business opportunities. - Experience in managing cross-functional and cross-regional partnerships, along with excellent problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of Google Ads and of advertising solutions and the media landscape, both online and offline. - Ability to engage with and influence executive leadership with excellent communication skills.,
