Job Description

The PR & Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing the hotel’s brand communication, coordinating public relations activities, and executing marketing campaigns that enhance visibility, guest engagement, and overall brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities

Public Relations (PR / External Relations)

• Develop and execute PR strategies to promote the hotel’s services, events, and brand image.
• Build strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, bloggers, and travel partners.
• Prepare press releases, media kits, and official communication materials.
• Handle media visits, hotel features, interviews, and promotional coverage.
• Monitor and track media visibility and prepare PR reports.

Marketing

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for dining, events, and hospitality services.
• Manage social media platforms (content creation, posting, engagement).
• Coordinate photo shoots, promotional videos, and marketing content.
• Support digital marketing activities and track performance analytics.
• Collaborate with internal departments for promotions, events, and guest engagement programs.

Brand & Guest Engagement

• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communications.
• Support hotel events, brand activations, and promotional activities.
• Identify partnership and collaboration opportunities to enhance brand reach.
• Maintain exceptional communication aligned with luxury hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, Mass Communication, or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in PR, marketing, or hospitality industry roles.
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of social media trends, digital marketing tools, and PR best practices.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in luxury hospitality (preferred but not mandatory).
