As a Public Relations & Branding Assistant, your role will involve assisting in building and maintaining a positive brand image for the restaurant. You will be responsible for drafting and distributing press releases, newsletters, and media communications. Building relationships with media, influencers, and partners will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, coordinate, and support in-house events, launches, and promotions. - Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of events. - Provide on-ground support during events to manage guests and branding activities. In the realm of Social Media & Marketing, you will be expected to contribute fresh ideas for campaigns, posts, and interactive content. Your role will involve assisting in managing Instagram and other platforms by creating engaging stories, reels, and updates. Additionally, you will be required to monitor social media trends and suggest new ways to keep the brand relevant. In the area of Creative Ideation, your task will be to bring innovative concepts for promotions, collaborations, and campaigns. You will be involved in brainstorming new strategies to attract and retain customers.
