PR Executive Location: Bangalore, Karnataka Experience Required: 3- 5 years About us: Y4D Foundation works with the mission of "Empowering The Underprivileged " through intensive programs focused on education, health, and livelihood. Job Summary: The PR Executive will be responsible for managing public relations, media coordination, and stakeholder communication to enhance the visibility and credibility of the organization. The role involves storytelling, media outreach, event support, and coordination with internal teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute public relations strategies to increase awareness of Y4D Foundation’s initiatives Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers Draft press releases, media briefs, articles, and communication content Coordinate media coverage for events, visits, and program launches Manage the creation of content for social media, newsletters, and donor communication Support the development of IEC material in coordination with the design and content team Monitor media coverage and maintain records of published articles and mentions Plan and support outreach campaigns and stakeholder engagement activities Ensure consistent and professional representation of the organization in all public-facing materials Qualifications & Skills: Graduate/Postgraduate in Mass Communication, PR, Journalism, or related field 3–5 years of experience in public relations or communications roles Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong media relations and storytelling abilities Proficient in MS Office and social media platforms Ability to work independently and collaboratively Willingness to travel as required Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹400,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
