About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented PR Associate with 06-1 years of hands-on public relations experience to support media relations, content development, and brand communication initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong writing skills, media coordination experience, and a solid understanding of PR tools and strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing PR campaigns across print, digital, and broadcast media
• Draft press releases, media pitches, articles, and brand communications
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and media houses
• Coordinate media outreach, follow-ups, and coverage tracking
• Monitor media coverage and prepare reports, coverage decks, and analytics
• Support event PR, press conferences, and influencer collaborations
• Conduct media research and maintain updated media lists
• Ensure brand messaging consistency across all communications
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to meet communication objectives

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 06-1 years of experience in Public Relations, Communications, or Media Relations
• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with media pitching and press release distribution
• Familiarity with PR tools and media monitoring platforms
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of digital PR and social media trends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
