Role Overview:
As a PPC (Pay Per Click) Analyst, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing paid ad campaigns that drive traffic, leads, and conversions. You will play a key role in growing the hospital’s online presence and digital reach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, and other platforms.
• Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns to meet KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.
• Collaborate with content, design, and SEO teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives and landing pages.
• Track performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
• Manage campaign budgets effectively and ensure cost-efficiency.

Candidate Desirables:

• 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in PPC campaign management.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
