PPC Manager

Role Overview: As a PPC Manager in a Manufacturing Company located in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, your role involves monitoring and controlling Management Control Systems at every functional level of the organization. You will be responsible for planning and executing the Monthly Production Plan to achieve On Time delivery. Your duties also include monitoring and controlling the Daily Stage wise production, preparing Raw Material and Packing Consumables requisitions through ERP, and analyzing OTIF to ensure Plan v/s Actual of Goods Delivery to customers. Additionally, you will conduct and initiate Process Engineering projects, internal audits, line walks, MAT, SCG & MRM meetings, and represent overall system compliances to all levels of management. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and coordinate ongoing production processes daily to achieve high-quality production of machines - Cross-verify BOM of fabrication stage and coordinate with the design department for amendments - Forecast materials requirement for production and coordinate with PPC & Purchase department - Collaborate with the quality department to implement ongoing quality improvements - Minimize production costs by maximizing productivity and implementing cost-effective measures - Develop production processes for new products by installing related fixtures and tooling - Lead, develop, and mentor the production team while maintaining 5s on the shop floor - Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen) and establish safety procedures for shop floor workers - Ensure compliance with environmental regulations for the staff Qualification Required: - Education: B.Tech Mechanical (Preferred) - Experience: Minimum 8+ years in Monitoring and Controlling Management Control Systems, Planning and Execution of Monthly Production Plan, internal audits, MAT, SCG & MRM meetings, and Production Planning and Control,
