Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities ensuring timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. Monitor logistics KPIs such as OTIF (On Time In Full), freight costs, and delivery timelines. Required Candidate profile 4-5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics management, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods. Working knowledge of ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Zoho, etc.).

1) Co-ordinating the production in terms of Man, Machines, Method & Materials 2) Manage the production planning and scheduling for On Time Delivery in Full (OTIF). 3) Prepare the day wise production planning based on plant capacity, material availability & sales priority. 4) Evaluate the bottleneck points & resolve the same. 5) Should be able to create BOM, Routing & Scheduling in SAP. 6) Preparing various types of MIS reports. 7) Coordination with inter departments for smooth execution of daily production. 8) Coordination with PDC, QA team for the model PILOT LOT planning. 9) Coordination with logistics, sales & service team for on time delivery. 10) Coordination for Spares requirement and packing. 11) Should have strong knowledge of SAP and Excel. 12) Should be able to handle/lead team of 5-6 Members. 13) Should be form same/relevant industries. 14) Should be able to develop the practices in term of system improvements. 15) Should have knowledge of MRP planning in SAP. 16) Should have knowledge of ISO documentation.

Purpose of the Role - Responsible for overseeing the end-to-end logistics operations across a designated cluster. This role involves developing and managing logistics strategies to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and customer-centric operations. The candidate will be responsible for establishing performance benchmarks, optimizing infrastructure, and ensuring regulatory compliance within all cluster depots and facilities. Key Deliverables - 1. Cluster Logistics Operations Management Oversee day-to-day logistics operations for the cluster, ensuring all activities are aligned with company standards and operational goals. Collaborate with the Cluster Leadership team to create and implement strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing logistics performance. 2. KPI Establishment and Monitoring Develop, monitor, and report on key logistics KPIs, including: Order vs Execution Rate Ensure alignment between customer orders and delivery execution. TAT (Turnaround Time), OTIF (On Time in Full), and Customer Service Metrics to measure service level achievements. Use data-driven insights to improve process efficiencies and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 3. Inventory Replenishment Implement and manage both Push and Pull replenishment models as per seasonal demand, customer requirements, and inventory flow goals. Coordinate with the procurement and supply chain teams to maintain optimal stock levels. 4. Infrastructure and Seasonal Planning Plan and oversee infrastructure setup at plants and depots to meet seasonal demands and peak operational periods. Ensure all logistics infrastructure (including storage, handling, and transportation facilities) is prepared to support seamless operations during high-demand seasons. 5. Depot Operations and Efficiency Management Manage depot operations to ensure high levels of efficiency and productivity. Monitor and optimize depot layout, storage capacity, and process flows to reduce turnaround times and improve space utilization. Drive initiatives to enhance product freshness and liquidation, minimizing stock losses and maximizing inventory turnover. 6. Regulatory Compliance Ensure all depots within the cluster adhere to local and national regulatory standards, including safety, environmental, and quality regulations. Regularly conduct compliance audits and implement corrective measures when needed. 7. Transportation Management Assess and manage vendor partnerships for transportation, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery solutions. Oversee transportation execution from depots to customers, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and OTIF metrics. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for transportation routes, scheduling, and vendor performance. 8. Cost Management Drive cost-efficiency strategies across all logistics functions within the cluster. Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring that all logistics expenses align with the clusters financial targets. Experience: 6-8 Years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or operations, with a strong background in depot/warehouse management and transportation. Proficient in Microsoft tools and software (e.g., Excel, SAP).
