Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to align with demand forecasts.
Coordinate with the Commercial Team to ensure production plans meet customer requirements.
Implement and manage Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems.
Oversee capacity planning and optimize inventory management practices.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
Collaborate with production, procurement, and quality teams to ensure seamless operations.
Maintain accurate reporting of performance metrics and management information systems (MIS).
Conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective and preventive actions.
