Develop short-term and long-term production plans based on demand forecasts and sales orders.
Plan capacity and resources (materials, labour, and equipment) to meet production targets.
Set clear production schedules, taking lead times and inventory levels into account.
Monitor daily/weekly production progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines.
Work closely with the production and logistics teams to prevent and resolve bottlenecks or delays.
Track WIP (Work in Progress) and finished goods status using CRM/production portal systems.
Ensure full utilization and functionality of production portals.
Maintain accurate data input and output from the portal systems for real-time visibility.
Train users and monitor portal usage to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure availability of raw materials.
Liaise with the sales and customer support teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
Provide timely updates and reports to management on production status and challenges.

Required skills and qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.
5–7 years of experience in production planning, preferably in electronics or networking hardware industry.
Knowledge of networking products (Access Points, Switches, SD-WAN) is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in CRM systems, production planning tools, and MS Excel.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
