Job Description

Develop and implement the overall production plan based on sales forecasts, order schedules, and capacity.
Coordinate with merchandising, procurement, and production departments to align production schedules with customer delivery dates.
Prepare weekly and monthly production plans for spinning, weaving, dyeing, printing, and garmenting
Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve production flow.
Ensure timely availability of raw materials, accessories, and trims for production.
Monitor WIP (Work in Progress) and take corrective actions for any delays.
Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
