1) Monthly production planning (as per formats)
2) Issue job card to production (as per formats)3) Daily production planning and report check (as per formats)4) Weekly review with management.(as per formats)5) To act as single point of contact for SALES/ORDER processing departments to provide them correct date of F.G reaching to W.H after follow-up with Purchase / Production team in factory.6) Highlight and inform top management on daily basis about the items getting delayed in production due to any bottleneck or hurdle in its making7) Ensure all trackers are filled & updated on regular basis (PMS, JWMS & POMS). No cell should be left blank.8) Ensure Machine planning sheet is updated by production dept. with planned & actual production mentioned in the same on actual basis.9) Ensure Production is going as per production planning only. Inform top management for any deviation arises & encourage the production team to go as per planning.
Skills:-
1) Strong follow-up skills on calls /face to face
2) Excel - pivot table, V-lookup, formulas etc.3) Good communication skills4) Managing time and meeting deadlines.
