. To support Project Manager in various reports like Consumption of various Projects, Stock levels of Components, Open Sale order, advance license etc. as and when required.
. To raise PR in SAP for all BEPLs requirement including Calibration, AMC, Spares, Training, Consumables & Assets requirements on behalf of other teams.
. To prepare the SMT plan based on the Readiness and priorities. Should ensure SMT Floor is loaded continuously and works are prioritized.
. Responsible for submitting quotations to all RFQs. Pending Additional works quote to be published to all concerned on weekly basis & follow-up till PO receipt.
. To Maintain SOW, Project Files w.r.t, all Projects received. ISMS requirements like confidentialities to be followed while handling such Project files.
. To ensure Customer feedback form is received at least once in a Quarter from all Astra Users.
. Objectives to be reviewed and monitored to ensure that customer requirements are met.
. To be Auditee for customer or QMS audit requirements w.r.t ESD, ISMS, EHS, AS9100, NADCAP & IATF certifications w.r.t Marketing, Projects and PPC Functions.
. Candidate working in EMS industry would be an added advantage.
. Candidate should have minimum 2-3 years experience.
