Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Powerflex Rack RCM upgrades, located in India. The role involves managing PowerFlex Rack deployments, performing RCM upgrades, troubleshooting, and providing ongoing support. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation and high performance of PowerFlex Rack systems, working closely with the clients to address any issues and optimize configurations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Powerflex Rack management and RCM upgrades
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and providing technical support
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and system performance optimization
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with clients
• Experience with IT Consulting, Data Protection, and Application Performance Management services is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
