Role Overview: As a Powerdocs with OpenText Archive Center in Hyderabad or Chennai, you will be required to partner with business stakeholders to gather communication requirements and develop strategies for implementation using Optimizely and OpenText xECM. With more than 10 years of relevant experience, including 2-3 years in installation and maintenance of enterprise content management systems, you will provide technical guidance, lead a team of developers, troubleshoot issues, and stay updated on the latest OpenText features and best practices. Your role will involve managing and contributing to Content Server development functions, such as forms, workflows, reports, and module development. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with business stakeholders to gather communication requirements and develop implementation strategies using Optimizely and OpenText xECM. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members and end-users. - Lead and manage a team of OpenText developers and admin support personnel. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OpenText solutions. - Stay up to date on the latest OpenText features and best practices. - Design, build, test, and execute data/document migrations. - Architectural design for new xECM implementations. - Install, configure, and administer ECM Content Server or comparable systems. - Perform OpenText UI customization if required. - Install xECM components in HA setup and migrate documents. - Configure and integrate Blazon or develop web services. - Perform backup, restoration, and administration of systems. - Integrate with OTAC, OTDS, SAP, SF, and PowerDocs. - Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Exhibit strong communication and teamwork skills. Qualifications Required: - More than 10 years of overall relevant experience, with 2-3 years in enterprise content management systems. - Experience in OpenText Content Server or xECM tools. - Leading teams in migrations and architecture design. - Ability to install, configure, and administer ECM systems. - Proficiency in OpenText UI customization. - Strong knowledge of OTAC, OTDS, SAP, SF, and PowerDocs. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
