Description
Role Overview: You will be responsible for partnering with business stakeholders to gather communication requirements and develop strategies to implement them using Optimizely with OpenText xECM. With more than 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 2-3 years in installation, supporting, and maintaining Content Server or similar enterprise content management systems, you will provide technical guidance and support to team members and end-users. Your role will also involve leading and managing a team of OpenText developers and admin support personnel, participating in code reviews, and troubleshooting and resolving issues related to OpenText solutions. It is crucial to stay updated on the latest OpenText features and best practices. As a manager and individual contributor, you will perform Content Server development functions such as forms, workflows, Live Report, Web report, Active view & module development, including requirement gathering, design, development, and system support. Experience in OpenText Content Server or any xECM tools is required, along with leading teams in designing, building, testing, and executing data/document migrations. You will be involved in architecture design for new implementations and have the ability to install, configure, and administer ECM Content Server or a comparable ECM system. Additional responsibilities include OpenText UI customization if required, xECM components installation in HA setup, migration of documents, installation and configuration of Blazon or integration with OpenText, developing Web Services, and performing backup and restoration of systems. Integration to OTAC, OTDS, SAP, SF, and PowerDocs is mandatory. Your excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as communication and teamwork skills, will be essential for this role.
