Job Description

PowerCurve Collections (PCC) Tester

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive
test plans, test cases, and regression suites
for PowerCurve Collections.
Validate
strategy configurations
,
Design Studio workflows
, and
strategy outcomes
against business requirements.
Perform
functional, integration, system, and UAT
testing for PCC modules.
Verify data flows between PCC and external systems (dialers, payment gateways, core banking).
Conduct
SQL-based data validation
and back-end testing for collections data integrity.
Support automation of repetitive test scenarios using available tools.
Track and manage defects, provide detailed root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution.
Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure quality assurance across releases.
Participate in
strategy migration testing
(Dev Test Prod) and
post-deployment validation
.

Skills & Experience

5–10 years
of total QA/testing experience, with
3+ years in PowerCurve Collections (PCC)
testing.
Strong understanding of
Collections workflows
.
Hands-on experience validating
strategy logic
,
segment allocation
, and
treatment paths
.
Proficiency in
SQL
for back-end data verification and reporting validation.
Familiarity with
API testing tools
(Postman, SOAP UI) and batch interface validation.
Experience working in
Agile/Scrum
delivery environments.
Knowledge of
financial collections processes
, including hardship and dispute management.
Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience in
PowerCurve Decisioning
or
PowerCurve Analytics
testing (advantageous).
Working knowledge of
JIRA
,
Confluence
, and
TestRail
(or equivalent tools).
Exposure to
CI/CD pipelines
and automated regression testing frameworks.
