Powerbuilder Developers

You are an experienced PowerBuilder Developer with over 5 years of experience. You will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and supporting PowerBuilder applications to ensure high performance and scalability. Your key responsibilities include developing, enhancing, and maintaining applications using PowerBuilder, performing UI modernization, and implementing best practices. You will work with databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or Sybase to optimize performance and queries. Additionally, you will debug and troubleshoot application issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities, and ensure that applications are scalable, secure, and aligned with business requirements. Your skills should include strong experience in PowerBuilder (preferably PowerBuilder 2022 or newer versions), proficiency in PFC (PowerBuilder Foundation Classes), experience with SQL, Stored Procedures, and Database Optimization, understanding of modern UI design principles and application performance tuning, familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for PowerBuilder applications, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. Good communication and teamwork skills are essential for this role.
