PowerApps Support Role

PowerApps Support Engineer

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for PowerApps applications and workflows.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PowerApps Canvas and Model-Driven apps.
Monitor and manage support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and communication with stakeholders.
Document issues and solutions for future reference.
Perform regular health checks and performance tuning of PowerApps solutions.
Apply updates and patches as required.
Assist end-users with queries, training, and guidance on PowerApps functionality.
Work closely with development teams for bug fixes and enhancements.
Coordinate with business users to understand recurring issues and suggest improvements.

Preferred Skills:

Strong knowledge of
Power Automate
,
Dataverse
, and integration with SharePoint and other data sources.
Familiarity with PowerApps formulas, connectors, and troubleshooting techniques.
Basic understanding of JavaScript, SQL, and APIs for issue resolution.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL processes.
PowerApps Development Experience with 1+ Years.
Overall experience required 2 Or 3+Years.
