Description
We are seeking a highly skilled PowerApps Developer to design, develop, and implement Microsoft Power Platform solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in PowerApps, Power Automate, Co-Pilot Studio, and Power Pages, with a strong focus on application enhancements, system integrations, and user experience customization . Key Responsibilities: Solution Development: Design, develop, test, and troubleshoot Power Platform solutions, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Canvas applications. Application Enhancements: Implement custom user experiences , workflows, and integrations with Dataverse and other data sources. Technical Leadership: Guide the development team, troubleshoot technical issues, and mentor junior team members. Project Management: Lead end-to-end project delivery , ensuring on-time completion and adherence to business requirements. Security & Compliance: Ensure proper authentication, security, and application lifecycle management (ALM) practices for Power Platform solutions. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance solution capabilities. Required Skills & Expertise: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform services (PowerApps, Power Automate, Co-Pilot Studio, Power Pages). Strong development experience with JavaScript, JSON, TypeScript, C#, HTML, RESTful APIs, and Azure services . Good understanding of Dataverse, solution design, infrastructure setup, and DevOps for Power Platform projects. Experience in technical leadership, troubleshooting, and mentoring teams . Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills . Preferred Skills (Good to Have): Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics, and Azure certifications . Working knowledge of Power BI for analytics and reporting. Experience in BFSI and Credit Risk domains . Hands-on experience with MongoDB and Credit Risk Management applications.
