Power Systems Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct power system studies and simulate electrical networks (HVDC/FACTS).
  
• Design and model high-voltage systems using

  PSCAD, PSSE, PowerFactory, MATLAB, and Mathcad

  .
• Apply international standards like

  IEC / IEEE

  in project execution.
• Select, size, and integrate power equipment (Transformers, Breakers, Capacitors, Reactors, etc.).
  
• Analyze grid stability and design control strategies.
  
• Collaborate across departments and support global tenders and projects.
  
• Uphold organizations core values of

  Safety, Integrity, and Excellence

  .

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong understanding of

  Power Electronics

  in HV/EHV systems.
• Proven simulation experience using PSSE, PSCAD/EMTDC, MATLAB, etc.
  
• Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
  
• Prior experience in

  Power Transmission EPC projects

  is preferred.
