Role Overview: As a Power Platform Team Lead at TUV SUD South Asia Ltd., your role will involve team leadership and management responsibilities, as well as hands-on development of RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and other related technologies. You will be responsible for ensuring the applications running on the platform adhere to governance principles and working with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor applications on the platform and ensure SL2 compliance in coordination with the Maintenance team - Prioritize and coordinate the maintenance team's tasks accordingly - Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power Platform, and related technologies - Utilize AI Agents and other latest technologies to create relevant solutions - Analyze existing business processes for automation opportunities and conduct process mining for optimization - Provide technical guidance and best practices for RPA implementation - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions align with business needs - Conduct testing and quality assurance of automated processes - Train and support end-users in utilizing automated solutions and ensure smooth onboarding - Manage small to mid-size projects within the governance framework - Support and coach colleagues developing applications within the creator program Qualifications Required: - Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Automate & Apps, including desktop and cloud flows - Proficiency in API integration and web services - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills - 3+ years of experience in Process Improvement and RPA implementation and consulting - Experience in Team management or lead roles - Knowledge of LLM's is a plus - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Information Technology, or related field About the Company: TUV SUD South Asia Ltd. is a company operating in the Digital, IT, IT Security & Safety sector.
