Description
Role & responsibilities Solution Design and Development: Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, and Power Pages). Utilize AI Builder to integrate AI capabilities into Power Platform solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Create custom connectors and integrate Power Platform solutions with other systems and data sources. Administration and Governance: Manage and administer Power Platform environments, including security, compliance, and data governance. Monitor and maintain the health and performance of Power Platform applications. Implement best practices for application lifecycle management (ALM) and DevOps in Power Platform. Ensure adherence to standing SLAs for platform performance and availability. Deployment and Migration: Oversee the deployment, import, and export of solutions and data within Power Platform. Lead migration and lift-and-shift projects to transition existing solutions to Power Platform. Ensure smooth and efficient deployment processes, following best practices. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and other team members on Power Platform tools and solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Platform applications. Develop and maintain documentation for solutions, processes, and best practices. Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Power Platform and related technologies. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using Power Platform. Lead and participate in proof-of-concept (POC) projects to explore new capabilities and technologies. Preferred candidate profile Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3 to 8 years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform. Strong understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, Power Pages, and AI Builder. Experience with data modeling, database design, and SQL. Knowledge of Azure services and integration with Power Platform. Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-400) are a plus. Skills: Technical Skills: Proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps) and Power Automate. Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting. Knowledge of Power Virtual Agents for creating chatbots. Familiarity with Power Pages for building web portals. Experience with AI Builder for integrating AI capabilities. Strong programming skills in languages such as JavaScript, C#, and PowerShell. Expertise in deployment, import, and export of solutions and data within Power Platform. Understanding of best practices for application lifecycle management (ALM) and DevOps. Knowledge of standard license limitations, including the number of actions that can be executed. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex business requirements and design effective solutions. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills. Project Management: Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
