Power Platform Developer

We are looking for a skilled Power Platform Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in creating solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Co-pilot Studio. This role involves working closely with various business teams to develop solutions that enhance productivity, streamline processes, and empower data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Power Platform Solution Development

   - Design, develop, and deploy applications and workflows using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Co-pilot Studio to address specific business requirements.

   - Build custom connectors to integrate Power Platform applications with external data sources and APIs.

   - Design scalable, reusable automation solutions that meet business needs and comply with best practices.

2. Requirement Analysis and Solution Design

   - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate these into functional technical solutions.

   - Document detailed design specifications, workflows, and technical requirements.

   - Develop mock-ups, prototypes, and proof-of-concept applications to demonstrate solution feasibility.

3. Customization and Integration

   - Customize existing Power Platform applications and enhance functionality through integration with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third-party applications.

   - Implement data models and maintain data integrity by integrating with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server and other databases.

4. Testing, Deployment, and Maintenance

   - Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Power Platform applications to ensure functionality and reliability.

   - Deploy solutions and oversee application rollouts, coordinating with IT and end users for smooth transitions.

   - Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and updates for Power Platform applications, responding to user feedback and evolving needs.

5. Training and Documentation

   - Prepare user guides, technical documentation, and process workflows to support knowledge sharing and user onboarding.

   - Conduct training sessions for users and stakeholders to ensure effective use and adoption of Power Platform solutions.

Requirements:

- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in developing applications and workflows using Microsoft Power Platform.

- Skills:

  - Proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate (including desktop automation), Power Pages and Co-Pilot Studio.

  - Strong knowledge of Dataverse, SharePoint, and SQL Server integrations.

  - Basic knowledge of API, JSON, REST services, and custom connector development.

  - Experience with Azure Functions, and Azure Active Directory is a plus.

- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
