Power Platform Developer / Consultant

Job Summary:

Power Platform Developer/Consultant with strong expertise across Power Apps (Canvas, Model-Driven, and Power Pages), Power Automate, Dataverse, and system integration.

Note: Candidates with a shorter notice period will be given preference for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Power Apps Development

• Design and develop

  Canvas Apps

  with responsive UI/UX, custom controls, and complex formulas.
• Build

  Model-driven Apps

  leveraging Dataverse, forms, views, dashboards, and BPFs.
• Develop

  Power Pages (Portals)

  for authenticated external user interactions and content management.

Power Automate (Flow)

• Design and implement

  automated workflows

  for approvals, notifications, and integrations.
• Work with

  standard and custom connectors

  to interface with internal and external systems.
• Utilize

  expressions/functions

  to manage data, conditions, and logic in flows.

Data & Integration

• Deep expertise in

  Microsoft Dataverse

  , including data modeling, security roles, and entity relationships.
• Execute data

  migration, synchronization, and real-time integration

  using APIs and connectors.
• Develop and consume

  REST APIs

  , including creating custom APIs for use in Power Platform apps and flows.

Development Best Practices

• Apply

  Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)

  using source control and deployment pipelines.
• Optimize performance and user experience for Power Apps and workflows.
• Ensure

  security best practices

  , including role-based access, encryption, and governance policies.

Business Process & Consulting

• Collaborate with stakeholders to

  gather requirements

  , conduct workshops, and create solution architecture.
• Analyze and

  automate business processes

  to enhance operational efficiency.
• Resolve technical challenges and

  troubleshoot issues

  within Power Platform applications.

Preferred/Complementary Skills:

• JavaScript/TypeScript

  for PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) controls and advanced customization.
• Familiarity with

  Azure Logic Apps

  ,

  Azure Functions

  , and

  Service Bus

  for scalable integrations.
• Knowledge of

  Microsoft 365

  services integration (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, etc.).
